Refund Policy: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services and AI-generated content, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

The Noteseum platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Noteseum and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Noteseum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Your Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any materials you upload.

DMCA & Copyright Infringement: We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
